Yes. We require a free virtual consultation for all PMU services—including Ombre Brows, Lip Blushing, and Eyeliner. This ensures we can assess your skin type and health history before your appointment in Melbourne.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A deposit and a saved credit card are required for every booking. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to fees charged to the card on file.
