Do I need a consultation before booking Permanent Makeup?
Yes. We require a FREE virtual consultation for all PMU services—including Ombre Brows, Lip Blushing, and Eyeliner. This ensures we can assess your skin type and health history before your appointment in Melbourne.
How long in the healing process for permanent makeup?
Full healing takes about 6 weeks
Is permanent makeup painful?
it can be a little uncomfortable, but most clients don’t describe it as truly painful. We do use a numbing cream to help with discomfort.
How many sessions will I need?
If this is your first time, permanent makeup is split into two sessions. Your initial visti & your 6 week follow up.
How should I prepare for my lash extension appointment?
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. We recommend avoiding caffeine before your appointment to ensure your eyes remain still and relaxed during the application process.
Will I receive a confirmation for my appointment?
Yes. You will receive an automated text message 24 hours prior to your visit. This message includes the date, time, service, assigned technician, and address. Please reply 'YES' to confirm.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A deposit and a saved credit card are required for every booking. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to 25% of service charged to the card on file.
Where are you located and is parking available?
We are located at 1800 W. Hibiscus Blvd #109 - In the Oaks Movie Theater Plaza, in between Hemingway Tavern & One Oak. There is plenty of parking but the area is VERY busy so arrive early to have time to look for a parking spot.
Do you accept walk-ins or is it appointment-only?
We are appointment ONLY.
